The location was perfect, with easy access to the main market area and within walking distance to the beach. The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a nice selection of dishes. The hotel had great recreational facilities, including a swimming pool and a game room. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the comfort of this venue.

1. Even though I had requested for pick up and drop off from the airport, it was not arranged. 2. The currency exchange rate being offered by the hotel was quite less than available in the local market. 3. The safety deposit box was of cheap quality and we had to call the hotel engineers quite often to get it fixed.

The air conditioning unit was not working properly and we had a hard time sleeping comfortably. There was also a lot of noise coming from the nearby street, which made it hard to relax.

Staff was very proactive and tried to make everything happen. It is very quiet and relaxing around the pool you can enjoy that alot after some parties at the night.

The room was vey spacious with windows on two sides. Ceiling was high and tall window curtains. The a/c was quite good too. Service is very prompt.

The Gym is not well equiped. There should be atleast one more treadmill, eleptical and cycling machine.

The hotel had excellent facilities and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were great, and we also enjoyed eating out during our sightseeing. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities. The pool was also clean and provided a nice place to relax. One advantage of the hotel was its proximity to the beautiful Candolim Beach, which was even closer than Calangute.

One negative aspect was the loud music around the pool during the day and every night leading up to Christmas and New Year. It could be quite overwhelming at times.
